Debexpert is an international debt trading platform that helps hundreds of companies buy and sell debt portfolios. We operate across six countries, with offices in the US, Mexico, Spain, and three other markets, with a focus on North and Latin America, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Our story
We've been in the IT industry for almost a decade, helping financial institutions drive digital transformation. One day, one of our clients came to us with a problem: his portfolio sales were being conducted through email, and the data transfer was completely insecure.
“Can you help us with that?”
And we could. After doing some analysis, we realized that the debt industry was still in the 20th century — it wasn't digitized and it was highly fragmented. That's how the idea for Debexpert came about.
Today, Debexpert is the technology leader in the market — offering a fully secure platform where debt buyers and sellers communicate, transfer data via end-to-end encrypted file sharing, and manage the entire post-sale process in one place. The auction has become the core mechanism for determining the true market price of any portfolio.
